Purchasing was easy and efficient. However, after purchasing I was made aware my order won’t ship until late January. I ordered in September because I wanted to do a fall planting. I called to inquire about this and was told only some of the trees were holding up the entire $1400 order. The person said they would email the trees that were holding up the order so I could cancel those and reorder them later. It’s been over a week and I’ve called again but I still do not have that email. At this point I’m likely to just cancel my entire order and get my money back. It’s going to be a large loss of an order but I’m not paying for trees now that I won’t get for 5 months.

The peach trees are no good they came with no leaves and they were grafed they will never produce fruit. Costumer service cannot be reached with the hours you have.

Had trouble with a prior order, ty ty refunded me for the plants that never took. They require picture id. Once the pictures were sent, imediately I was given a credit for the failed plants.

I purchased several items on 3-14-2024 Order# 493124, I called in May to say the Heritage Raspberry Plant - 3yr Fruiting Size was dormant when it arrived and we planted it and took care of it, but it never came alive. I called in May to ask for a Refund and was told I had to wait 6 months before asking for refund. What a terrible business policy. I am very disappointed with your customer service.

Most of the trees and vines that I’ve purchased from this nursery are alive and thriving, and for the few that didn’t survive, I received credit and I’m ready to try again next year. One of our cherry trees already fruited on year one! I will continue to buy from this nursery!

Too much confusion on deals shopping between seasons. Claiming plant insurance doesn’t seem like it’s going to cover replacements needed 100% and then I’m probably still going to have to pay an additional $40 in shipping on top of paying for shipping for the previous order. Decent trees when they survive, but I’m just becoming tired and frustrated with customer service at this point, especially knowing I’m going to have to still call them back to modify the order instead of them just taking care of the order when they processed the refund and had me on the phone. I understand that she is trying to do her job and be polite but somewhere there is something sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication. Good trees, just not as good of service, or be prepared for multiple phone calls and emails.
