When I ordered the tree the web page stated the tree would be delivered toward the end of September. However, I received an email saying it would not be delivered until December. As this tree was needed for a specific date (10/17/24) for a memorial planting, I asked them to cancel the order. I rec'd a 2nd email saying they can delay the shipping until Spring which would still be too late. Again asked the order to be canceled. At that time the order was swiftly cancelled.

I have not received my latest order yet, but my two previous orders have been good. I have had probably 25 to 30% of the plants to not make it. Not sure what the average rate of success typically is though. Third time trying to grow cherry trees. I have one out of three or four that’s alive. Hopefully it will make it till next year. Same with some apple trees and vine plants.

When I tried to get 2 plants that died covered under your plant guarantee, the website would not complete the order. My credit of $36.00 could only be redeemed if I purchased more items. I talked with customer support , and I told me I had to purchase more items totaling $40.00 to be able to use my credit. I explained I did not want to purchase more items. All I wanted was for you to ship my 2 new trees to replace the ones that died under warranty. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me that no manager was available and someone would call me in a day or two. NO ONE HAS REACHED AS OF TODAY ! This is terrible customer support and horrible business practice. All I am asking is, please send two replacement trees this spring ! I can't wait for your advertisements online to start up next year because I plan to comment how poorly you have handled this situation to EVERYONE.

I've ordered 4 trees from them in the past that are doing great. This year I ordered two cherry trees. One didn't make it past a month. I informed them and they promptly credited my account, so I can try again next spring.
