Ive spent maybe a thousand dollars here over 3 years. Its because when there is a problem, they address it quickly and sensibly. When you buy end of season super sales, they often dont make it but they remedy this with quick photo proof that isnt a hassle and in exchange you pre-order for next year. It all works out.

I own a wildlife orchard in Louisiana. Switched to buying trees from tyty last year. I had 3 die no big deal. But what I had to go through to get credit for them is unreal. Tyty tried to give me 45 dollars for 3 trees, one of which is 100 dollars by it self. finally I asked someone to explain it to me. I was given 85 more dollars without an explanation. Not sure if ill stick around this year.

Terrible experience so far. I ordered this grape plant on 7/20/24 and now they are stating they can not ship it until January 2025 or March 2025. I just want a refund. I ordered from a competitor and got my grape plants already 3-4 year plants shipped straight to my home in Florida and they are planted and doing great. Crazy they would not say that prior to ordering that my plants would not ship right away and that it would be 6 months to ship.

It is too early to tell whether the fruit trees we purchased will survive and thrive. One of the 3 trees we purchased died. I received a store credit but not a refund.

I ordered over 20 pecans trees. They arrived bundled tightly and labeled clearly. They had NO ROOTS!. Not one of them lived. It's been a terribly frustrating experience especially considering how labor intensive it is to dig holes that narrow and deep!

The plants come packaged great, easy to replant. Customer service is good as well. Had a problem with some that died but replaced them within a certain time frame. Gave me a credit and cannot wait to order more when we can plant in Florida. I wouldl highly recommed this company.

I acknowledge the fact I made a late season purchase from your company of 6 trees. The ease of ordering and very prompt delivery service was both appreciated and unexpected.
The actual quality was less than anticipated. Two, the cherries, are flourishing. The nectarine has a flourishing section but 2/3 of sapling is bare sticks. Peach tree initially produced leaves, but after two weeks planted, withered and died. The two PawPaw trees appeared doa. I waited nearly two months after planting, deep watering weekly, before writing this.
