There is no communication. I haven’t received the trees and I haven’t received a next steps call or email. I have no idea what’s going on with my order.

After searching all over for some jujube trees, we finally found a great place, with decent prices. Picked up the trees in pots last week and they look fantastic up top and not root bound down below. Thank you for working with us Ty Ty and allowing us to stop by, since shipping was not yet an option.

The tree died. The refund was only $39 so I had to buy something I didn't want or need to make the $40 minimum. Then I had to pay another 30 for shipping. Then after all that they want to ship it in December! I will never order anything from anyone in Georgia again.

Will hold review until I receive the correct Seedless Grapes in January. Not happy with you guys at present as I planted and cared for the incorrect vines for about a 1.5 years, only to find out they were not what I ordered.

Theresa was very patient and thorough as I had mistakenly created multiple accounts. She helped me get it straight and place my order. I have ordered from TyTy many times always good quality plants and they always stand behind their product.

I didn’t realize that one only gets a partial warranty for a plant that does not survive within 2 weeks of receiving it. I had to pay again for the plant.
