Unfortunately Ty Ty nursery like to sell stuff but is incoherent about where to ship when to ship and if it is appropriate to notify customers thst they won’t be getting what they order when they NEED IT, but when TY TY decides to ship it! I ordered on 8/27 thinking a week or to to prepare and ship would be reasonable and discovered my plants will arrive (wait for it) Mid December!!! )in Massachusetts). Anyone ever try yo plant in Massachusetts in mid-December? I thought not! Do you suppose someone who took my order on August 27 would mention that tome? I would think they would at least WANT to mention that! Too bad, right? Thus far unresolved!!!!!!!

I was surprised to receive both the pyracantha and sky pencil holly upside down. The box was not labeled "this side up" and the sky pencil holly box was designed to have one plant upside down. I hope this is okay. Keep in mind that customers cannot always plant right away. Otherwise, the plants were in good shape.

Haven't received the plants and received updated informing that they'll be delivered in December. Disappointing honestly. I could've just buy them from local nurseries.

Had some issues with some trees , which could mostly definitely be my soil and not the trees but they were wonderful in standing behind the warranty of their trees!!! So if you buy know that you have nothing to worry about they are awesome to deal with!!
