Either I missed or information was not provided as to what the acutal tree would look like with regards to the container(s). We were NOT expecting 16 trees bundled into one box and wrapped with plastic.

I have entered two order for flowering dogwood trees for a project here at the house. The first order arrived this spring and the dogwoods were just twigs, dormant and had zero buds on them. They have never leafed out. I reached out to customer service, Kim, and after many emails was told to wait and let them come out of dormancy. They never did.
I placed a second order, as I could not get a re-ship from Kim, and this order is exactly like the first. Twigs with no leaves. I was hoping to receive non-dormant nursery stock!
They were planted the day I received them. The UPS driver said to me “these are plants? The box sure is light!”
I have to agree with him.

I made two orders within the past month. The first was delivered in OK condition but the trees have not budded out yet. The second was delivered in crispy condition. The leaves of the mulberry trees and the leaves of the berry bushes were powder dry. I called to see if I should plant them in that condition and was on hold for a long time and then told to leave a message. I did explaining the condition of what I received. I never got a call back. I am disappointed with the lack of response, which was none at all. I planted the trees and berries the next morning after I received them the night before (5:31 pm). The only plant that has responded so far from either order is the cherry tree. I will keep track during the next weeks and let you know of the condition. The rating reflects the lack of response, not the quality of the plants. That will come later.

Plants arrived and I transplanted them within an hour. The leafs were brown and the roots somewhat dry. A few days after all leafs are dried hard and brown. Hoping new growth will pop but these plants seem dead.

Disappointed! It took you guys three weeks from the time I ordered to ship and then it sat in a UPS warehouse in Rhode Island for tree days and then it arrived a day late. I planted the trees and am hoping for the best.

my 3 raspberry bushes look good, but the Honeycrisp apple I received had a bad break about 3 inches from the top. This is a tree that's supposed to grow with a central leader, and I'm not sure this is going to survive.

The bamboo and flowering peppermint peach trees were in good shape when they arrived, but the thornless blackberry is pretty rough. I planted them all, but I don’t think the blackberries will make it.
