Pricing was great and shipping was fast, but the plants came bare root and entirely dried out. Soaked everything for a few hours in and out of a bucket of water and put in the ground, but it's not looking like anything is going to make it. It's hard to imagine them getting so dried out between the order and shipment.

I keep ordering from here and don’t know why. I average 1/3-1/2 of the plants dying. For these prices that’s ridiculous. I’d say it’s a brown thumb thing, but my plants from other places have a much better survival rate.

Ordered 7 trees. Arrived within 5 days of ordering, packaged extremely well. Trees have been in the ground for 4 days now, seem to be doing well. Time will tell. This is the wrong time of the year to plant trees, so was looking for instructions. Although there was a QR code on the box with Planting Instructions next to it, the planting instructions were for pecan trees. I didn't order any pecan trees. Would have appreciated planting instructions specific to to trees I purchased. But found instructions on line. Looking forward to the next 50% off sale.

4 persimmon trees last year 3 this year, all trees lost all their leaves after transplanting, only 1 has a couple leaves this year. Roots looked good when they arrived although the leaves were very dry. Hopefully they take off.

Trees arrived dried out and died two days later. When send a complaint they dont respond but ask to leave a review which they cencorship and dont approve negative ones. This store is a joke and will report to BBB and take legal actions. Never again!

I ordered 2 Apple trees and 2 Mulberry trees and they got delivered late and all 4 trees had been beaten up by UPS, the box was a mess all tore up and a hole in the bottom of the box. The trees had broken branches and they all have brown spot on the leaves. Not good getting sick trees to start with. I sent a email to customer support but no response. No more for me sticking with local growers from now on.

Dead sticks wrapped in plastic. All 3 of my plants. Do not expect to have a plant /tree that looks like you bought it at a nursery. Not a look for instant gratification. I’m hoping maybe they’ll sprout next year :(
