Your delivery service was fast and delivered products on time. As for the 3 Crape Myrtles that I purchased, will have to defer my review until I see if they survive. The Red Rockets had individual small tree balls with roots. The Miami Pink, had no tree ball and very little root system and looked/looks like a dried twig. The 2 Red Rockets, all leaves have dried up and died. Which, I saw can happen in shipping, the Miami Pink never had leaves, So until I see some, progress and regrowth will have to defer review. I have one year warranty, so if they don't survive, especially the Miami Pink which is the unhealthiest of the 3, will submit a warranty form and follow directions on how to submit warranty.

The trees arrived at the and the leaves are dying on plants. I able to plant the trees in 1 hour after they arrived.
Almost week and 3 days the leaves turned to brown, not sure if the trees will survive at all.
I submitted a claim to the web site but there were no answer.

4 of the 8 dormant grape vines were dead and I'm not really sure about the other 4. The 4 that I know are dead had slimy roots with the outer covering of the roots sliming off. The only response I got was to submit pictures (which I did immediately) and then an email that said you're all behind at customer service so it could be a few weeks. If I didn't have to give a start to submit this I wouldn't.

Order 530917 arrived Wednesday, June 12. It looked like it was dying. I sent pictures to your customer service e mail, and then called the number you provided with your note that said the customer service inquiry could take up to a week to get a response (left voicemail last week, and have not received a response). I planted the tree the day it arrived, and watered it daily. It is now completely dead, and all leaves have come off. It is now too hot and too late in the summer to send a replacement. Given the poor condition of this plant, I’d simply like a full refund, including shipping, or will simply need to protest the charge with PayPal. Very disappointed in lack of product quality, and non responsive customer service.

Plant arrived toasted... due to heat, most of the leaves were crispy, but the pseudostem / root ball looked good. My only issues is that I purchased a 'variegated' plant. The one shipped to me has barely any variegation at all. I'm pretty sure it will be solid green.

The plants I received were terrible! I have ordered from numerous online nurseries & never have received such terrible plants. I called & sat online with no one to answer after very lengthy wait… You sent me 2 blue berry bushes that are dead & one peach tree dead… I planted in good faith which was wasted energy & potting soil & fertilizer… in this economy is is distressing to spend hard earned money & receive such terrible product & no customer service to back it up . So upset!

I purchased ten trees expecting a twig. They were all over three feet tall with great looking roots we planted them all and with in a few days we noticed a big growth coming onto them.

Plants arrived very stressed. The shipping took too long in hot weather. I immediately unpacked the trees and place them in a bucket of water overnight in the garage. The next day I put them in pots, fed and watered them. They are slowly recovering from the shipping shock and should be ready to plant in the yard this fall.
