I am very pleased with my order. This order and a previous order I made last year were very healthy plants. I will continue to purchase from your business.

Bamboo arrived within 24 hrs and packaged perfectly. Time will tell how the bamboo takes here in AR but the ordering and package delivery process was flawless.

I received dead plants and have asked for a refund. The roots were completely stripped bare and packaged with little or no moisture, the roots break with a crunch. I bought from a different supplier and came in perfect condition. The packaging makes a difference.

Purchased three trees on sale which was an excellent deal! They came rather quick and definitely glad I purchased them through this company! I would like to purchase three more but that sale is over!

Grape vine was packaged well and in great condition. Planted on day of delivery and within 2 days a few leaves have unfurled and is growing well!

Plants were received and they look like Absolute garbage, no live leaves Everything had come off the plant and was dead in the box. I’m not very hopeful that they survive, but won’t know for a week or two.

Bamboo arrived dried out and crispy, doubt it’s salvageable.

One of the trees arrived with a broken stem, I was told to submit a picture 2 weeks ago which I did and have heard nothing.

I was skeptical when they arrived. But, today a week or so later I saw new growth. You can't beat their prices fort large specimens.

I thought that I ordered the tree wrap w/ the stakes but they did not arrive with the trees. NO mention was inside which would explain WHY they were left off my order. The Tree transplant item was a real mystery, as my landscape service planted the order but could not figure out WHAT to do with four tiny pouches of a granular substance, as there were no planting instructions to explain them. A crazy order! Sloppy fulfillment. NOT happy because I paid for things which failed to arrive with no explanation on their absence.
