The Jane Magnolia Tree was brown, had shriveled leaves and was VERY small, not the 3 gallon plant that I expected. I wrote to customer service after receiving the disappointing plant and gave them 1 week to resolve the issue before placing a review. If they make it good, I'll update my review. I am very disappointed since the reviews for the company were high. Costco's Jane Magnolia 3 gallon plants are far superior to the one from TyTy. I would have ordered from Costco if they weren't out of stock.

I really need to get in touch with someone. I ordered 2 Peppermint flowering peach trees. The order was held up in shipping and the trees showed up to my door 2 days later than expected and the boxes were torn in half, both trees were hanging out. Most of the leaves were off and the rest were wilted and brown. I did plant them immediately and followed all instructions. I had hope but the trees just aren’t taking and all leaves are off and branches are producing nothing.I don’t know what to do or who to talk to. I will try to call again but last time did not get an answer. I am so dissatisfied with the delayed delivery and the condition of the trees. I would like a refund or exchange if possible.

One plant dead on arrival. The other one is dying or has tremendous transplant shock shortly after planting. Customer service took 10 days to respond and ignored my request for a refund. Apparently I have to jump through about a dozen hoops just to get a crappy store credit for some more dead plants.
There are so many other online nurseries that do a better job in every aspect. I won't be doing business here again.

I've been using TyTy nursery for several years now. I've always had great customer service, exceptional delivery time,and plants that are in excellent shape.
Never had anything die that they have sent me so I can't speak to warranty/guarantee cause I've never had to use it. Will continue to use them for all plant needs.

Plants arrived fast, well packaged and look to be very healthy. Some got put in the ground right away and some in pots to overwinter inside til they’re bigger. Very satisfied and hope to purchase more next year

I ordered a pink dogwood tree which was shipped on 5/21/24. It was immediately planted and received plenty of care. It is now 6/17/24 and the tree shows no signs of being alive. It looks the same as when I received it. Please refund or replace. Thanks.

Received my bamboo with no packing issues. Did have a lot of dead and dying leaves on same. Upon unwrapping for planting, observed new culms in the rootbed, so I'm optimistic.

Relieved 8 blueberry plants dead. Took pictures call and spoke to Marlene. Sent pictures, she said she call me in a few minutes. No call, so called the following day multiple times, recording said to try again later. Sent emails with no response but auto response. Called again and again, finally reach another agent, Jose. Said someone would call me back. AGAON NO CALL. Filed complaint with PayPal for refund. Now I wait 5 days for refund. You decide if you want to purchase from this company. Good luck!
