The plant is all dried up and all the leaves are dropped. When I called Customer service, they told me to watch for a month. After paying almost $140.00, all I got is a dried stem.

Good ease of ordering and fast delivery, I have ordered from them previously and my biggest disappointment is this is the worst looking group of trees I’ve ever had. One came with the leaves completely dried out the others have some broken branches and are very crisp. Not sure if they will live. Two of them have very few roots. they were planted less than a day after receiving them and we’ll see if they grow.

When I received the package, it was torn . The plants were all dried out. I went ahead and planted them to see if they would survive. They were in very bad shape when I got them.

Shipping was fast but a lot of my plants did not survive the journey. This may be a tactic to pressure customers into paying for better shipping. I thought it was just an option of how long I would need to wait, not a matter of whether the crops will survive the delivery. Hoping to receive somw reimbursement on my loss.

Received shipment - one tree broken Blueberry plant dead. other two trees unknown if they will leaf out - roots dried out. Will contact customer service for replacements

One of two of the boxes with my order was said by the shipper to be empty and they returned to sender. I contacted tyty to see how they would handle. They said they would ship the remaining items. They them contacted to say some of my order was or of stock, I requested they send what they had and the rest this fall. Now they say they cannot ship, although I received daily emails with offers of discounted items some of which were part of my original order.

It arrived quickly and boxed well. However, many leaves were brown and crunchy. After planting, all leaves have gotten brown and dry and have fallen off. This is my first bare root planting, so I am hoping to wait and see that leaves come back in the next few weeks. I will update then.
