I planted my beautiful skinny cherry tree right after it came, which was so fast! Then I followed their instructions. The very next day my little baby cherry tree is budding and springing into life. I am so excited to watch it grow and bare fruit 😍. Thank you Ty Ty for such love and care that you show for all of your plants.

I have not received my order after the first order trees were dead. After tell years I finely ordered some other items and now they are’ lost’. I have asked Ty to reorder but have had no response. Really aggravated with this company

My tree's arrived on time. I cannot tell if they are dormant or dead. There are no leaves or buds but the bare roots were packed w/ ice and some kind of jelly. Hopefully my trees are just dormant and will start budding now that it is in sunlight and has plenty of water. 5 star rating is for the care that was put into shipping.

Buying/shipping process was great. Size of trees were great. American Chestnuts came with full leaves that were withered and dry - not sure if they will spring back. Planted per instructions on the day of receipt.

While I would typically never get on here to bash a company, this is not something I enjoy doing but Ty Ty Plant Nursery, LLC has sold me a dead tree. Here’s some context to this situation I’m in, I purchased a 5-6ft dogwood tree back in February for pick up in June for the birth of our baby boy Barrett. I spent $70 on this tree and told them my intentions were to plant it when we bring our boy home and watch the tree grow with him. Well my brother picked the tree up for me on Thursday the 6th because we were at the hospital giving birth, when I came home on Friday to shower and feed up our animals and water this tree and I noticed the tree was dead, my brother, who doesn’t know much about trees, thought it wasn’t in the best shape when he picked it up but they assured him it was fine and he took their word for it. Ive been watering this tree according to the instructions given by the nursery and it has not gotten in any better shape. I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails since Friday, in total I’ve spent over an hour and 40 minutes on hold over the course of Friday and this week and I haven’t received a phone call back from them or anything. I’m posting pictures of the tree that I took Friday morning around 11am of the tree they sold me. Ty ty plant nursery has closed their facility to the public I assume it’s because they are in the business of screwing over the local community and don’t want someone coming to confront them about their indecency. All I wanted was a healthy tree and some decent customer service and I have gotten neither! This truly is a shame!

THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER! I RECEIVED COMPLETELY DEAD TREES AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY EMAILS AFTER THE FACT! I WILL HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

My order does not deserve even a star. Very poorly packed trees all dried up and leaves fell off when the box opened. Poor customer care and delivery preference. will not shop again. very disappointed by the order of dried-out trees.

The tree was good, fast delivery, nicely packaged. Reducing one star because , after I placed my order, my mailbox is now I bombarded with junk emails from Ty Ty Nursery, and 'unsubscribe' option is not very helpful.
