Hi, i bought 2 fruit tree. When i received the package, the tree had a little root with ice. When i plant it in the ground, the leaves turn yellow and withered in the next day. So i dont know the tree still alive or not. Normally when i buy online, the tree comes with small spot and soils.

Three of the plants I rec'd are dead. I planted them within a day of receipt of the plants and there has been no sign that they are viable plants. Personnaly feel you should send me three replacement plants.

Bareroot was not mentioned in any part of the marketing info. UPS delayed delivery by 5 days so the 95 degree temps hopefully did not hurt the plants riding in the open (non Ac) van. planted into pots the next day to give plants opportunity to adjust to this heat and grow a root system..

I don't even know if I got what I ordered or not. I was supposed to get 2 navaho and 2 arapaho blackberry bushes.
I called the day after I received them because there were only 2 tags around some of the stems/branches. Both said navaho. So I called, to see. They said to send pictures. So I did that right away. All I needed to know is if the other branches that were not inside the loop of the tag were the arapaho bushes or not.
I have them in pots at the moment. still waiting on customer service to let me know, so I can plant them in the ground. Although the look pretty dried up, like there are actually little dried up berries on the longer stems, totally shriveled.
I don't think I would buy from here again, at least not this time of the year.
