Customer service on site was superb but the three Tupelo trees I bought are dead.

Packaged well, my only problem was with shipper. The outside package was broken halfway down. No damage to the plant itself.

Shipment arrived quickly. However, all the trees were in poor condition. As an experienced gardner are trying to revive all trees.
Still continue to purchase during sale pricing in hopes we can get at least half the trees to survive.

Very nice size peach tree, nice green buds present. I bought this to add to my semi dwarf Elberta peach.

Communication and shipping were great! I’m not sure if tree and bush will live cause they are looking sad but I’m going to continue to water and hope for the best

All three plants arrived near-dead, despite the short shipping distance from Ty Ty to Savannah. All looked as though they were near-dead prior to packaging: leftovers from the spring supply.

The ordering process was filled with previously undisclosed costs and when we got the order, one of our trees, a Redbud, had a root that was literally only 1" long, it had been broken or much too aggressively trimmed! Also one of our plants, a Blackberry, was about the thickness of a thin wire and it was supposed to be 2 years old! I was NOT 2 years old, as we got a Raspberry in the same order that was about the thickness of a pencil (much thicker than the Blackberry) and it was 2 years old. We also got some berries from Stark Bros, that were 2 years old, thickness of a pencil, NOT like the Blackberry that we got that was the thickness of a wire! We know that you have the Plantsurance guarantee, but it does not make up for getting an inferior tree! Time and energy are spent with trying to get an inferior tree to grow, and time is wasted in waiting to see if it will grow, a whole season can be wasted, and you never get back the energy and all the soil amendments. So we are giving Tytyga 1 Star until we see IF the Redbud with a 1' root will grow!

plants took a week to get here, poorly packed with no soil and covered in some sort of creepy jelly; two (out of four) looked diseased/with brown rotten spots when arrived; all four are rapidly declining/looking dead within a week. Would never buy anything again from this nursery.

Very easy to use website and informative. Purchase was very easy. Product was delivered quickly and the roots were very secure and moist. The plants look very healthy and appear to be doing well after I planted them.

Not so sure these trees will grow. I have never had good luck reviving completely dormant trees in June. Not sure I will pay so much for trees like this from Ty Ty again. Disappointed
