Great customer service and service overall. Customer service was friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. I ordered a Lady Finer and Concord 3 year fruit bearing vine and received them quickly. I planted them right away and followed the directions provided. I am hoping within the next week or two I will have new growth and know that they survived the transplant. Looking forward to it.

The plants came in looking like they had been in hot car for several days. I called the next day and they said send them pictures. I did and had no responce. The day after that I called and they said that was normal because of the way they shipped them and if any of them were dead this fal to send them some pictures and they will send me some new ones. If the way they shipped them caused the plants to look like they did they should send some information and instructions in the box so the customer won't be alarmed. We'll see ...

So far so good, Would give you 5 stars but just planted them yesterday. They did come packaged well and looked very good. Not dry or brittle. Will definitely order from you again. I guess I could give 5 stars as they looked in excellent condition but it has been to soon.

My experience with TyTy has been decent. The website looks nice, is inviting, and was a good experience. I ordered three plants, two trees and one vine. I put them in the ground immediately and followed the planting instructions. One of the trees is doing good and I have high hopes for it. The other tree appears dead and at this point I don’t expect much from it. The same with the vine. So that is disappointing.

I expected bigger and healthier plants for the money I paid. My raspberry plant died. My plum tree died and the grape vines they were supposed to be three years old fruit bearing, and they don’t have any fruits this year.
