Trees were on the small size, maybe 10 inches. The order was for 1 to 2 ft, also came in a 3 ft long box which made the shipping expensive, otherwise Okay.

We have had very good luck with previous purchases. However, we received 4-trees last Thursday. The boxes were in bad shape. There weee 2-cherry trees that the leaves were yellow and 2-apple trees that the leaves were dried and withered. We planted ASAP. The cherry trees are doing very good but the 2 Apple trees have continued to digress and have dropped all their leaves. We are watching with hopes that they transition into a new start, anxiously!!!

Sent 2 dead paw paw trees, after a store credit on the first one the second tree arrived and was immediately planted. After a couple months I conducted a scratch test and this tree also did not survive. No replacement was offered only sorry about your luck. I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment.

I ordered two 6-7 ft. Trees. The day they arrived I planted them, however out of the box one had the leaves weeping, and still has not recovered, in fact the leaves are turning brown and falling off, I am still watering it, even though I have not seen any progress. I contacted TY TY but have not received a call back as of yet. Hoping to get one soon so that I can order more plants from this nursery.

I purchased a 6 to 7ft. bareroot Amling pecan tree (which appeared to be even taller) from TyTy and it arrived in excellent condition! It was packaged very well and fully alive. I even got a fantastic discount! I would have paid quite a bit more if I had wen to another nursery.

When one of the trees I had bought died, I expected a replacement but instead they gave me a gift certificate for the price I had paid for it minus the shipping. So basically, when I went to buy it again, after i put in the shipping and the price of a replacement tree, i was still paying quite a bit, so in all actuality, I did not get a free replacement. I emailed them and they responded that was their policy. I won't be ordering from them again.

I received 4 Shagbark Hickory “trees” on April 13. The trees were bare sticks with hardly any roots. I should have returned but they were well packed and this company had good reviews. Woe is me! Sticks were planted immediately an do lovingly cared for, now June 6 they have no growth. Company states if scrape bark and find green then the stick/tree is alive and no refund for at least 1 year. They do not tell me if there is anytime this thing will sprout. Poor service, poor stock, DO not buy from TYTy.

The trees arrived bare root. No leaves at all. They were well packaged and the roots were well protected. All the trees have began to grow leaves. Overall, I'm pleased with all of the trees except the honeycrisp apple tree. It doesn't seem to be doing anything right now. But I'm hopeful.

Website and shopping experience was great. Order was well packaged and arrived quickly. Most plants were in good shape. All plants were immediately transplanted, and most are acclimating well with the following exceptions: Lucca olive tree arrived with significant damage from a hard freeze it experienced sometime last winter. Blueberry bushes were apparently stressed and defoliated after about 3 days post-transplant.

Delivery was significantly delayed by UPS. TYTY plants came nearly dead and I requested Kim ( customer service)to reship my plants and not deliver old dead plants. TYTY should follow up with UPS delivery issues and should NOT dump dead plants to customer. TYTY customer service needs to understand customers deserve healthy plants as we are paying for it!
