The tree arrived in wonderful condition, very healthy! The ability to have the transplant mix and nutrient pack as well gives additional peace of mind for the new tree’s chances of survival. Can’t wait to see it grow and take off!

Checkout etc. was fine, was not happy with the pecan tree received. Tap root was completely cut off leaving only a few tiny feeder roots. I’m a botanist, so I do understand the reasons for severe root and top trimming of pecans to divert energy to root establishment, but this was so excessive during the early summer heat that even potted in a shade house with regular irrigation, I highly doubt this tree will survive. If it doesn’t leaf out within a month or so, I will be reaching out for a replacement tree. I have photos of the tree and root system at unpacking if needed.

I wasn’t there when the delivery was scheduled. I try to call you to reschedule the delivery but you never answer your phone. I rescheduled with UPS. I was supposed to receive the tree today but nothing so far. End of story: I spent $100 for nothing… nice !

We ordered two blueberry bushes and two blackberry bushes we ordered two blueberry bushes. The blackberry bushes were completely dead when they arrived. We planted them anyway, strictly following the directions and a week later they are still dead. The blueberry bushes showed some signs of life, but very little and we planted them following the directions strictly and they appear to be completely dead now. We have ordered two blackberry bushes from a company called Plant addicts. Omg! For one, they are in a pot as opposed to being shipped their root and they are big, very much alive, and full of healthy green leaves, and the flowers of future berries! O and they were the same price as the dead ****

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered seven live trees, but they shipped dead plants, not even willing to accept the truth when I contacted their customer service with pics of the current condition of the plant. I sent multiple pictures including the scratch bark, which states that the trees are already dead. The trees were shipped by just wrapping in a plastic sheet without any precautionary measures to keep them alive. Finally, they refused to refund the money. I will write google rating about my experience with this nursery soon. I will urge everyone to stay away from this nursery.

The two cherry trees looked good and saw growth, and the nectarine tree I'm concerned about, as it didn't show much signs of it being alive! Looks more like a dry twig! Planted, watered even mulched.. Now just waiting to see if it lives!!???

I waited to do the review to see how the bare root red bud trees did after they were planted. After three weeks they have leaves and are healthy. I followed the directions on planting along with pruning the trees as recommended. I have purchased from TY TY in the past and have always had a good experience.

Plants came all healthy looking. Bare roots all wrapped together with some sort of jelly feeling material. So a bit different than how I’m use to getting plants but all seem in perfect shape. If I see growth a little growth over next four weeks I’ll buy from Ty again
