I planted 15 Alfonse Karr Bamboo and 1 Weeping Willow Tree within the hour I received them, which was sooner than expected. All were packaged so well I referred to it as being "child-proof!" Rain has been helpful, but I make sure they are watered 2 times each day and all is well. I already see growth from the Willow!

First time ordering from Tytyga.com. Our trees arrived with very dried (not wilted) leaves with about 1/4 of them falling off (late May/early June). We were very disappointed to see this. Also, the 7-8 foot tree was pruned and cut short despite not being mentioned on the website. Even one of the larger roots was cut. That being said, the trunks looked healthy. We will see what happens over the next few months and hope we do not have to use the 1 year warranty. Will be happy to update the review at that point.

Bamboo doesn’t look so good upon arrival, all the leaves are dead and shriveled. My last three bamboo only 1 lived :-(. My grapes seem ok but almost no living growth showing and the roots are over trimmed.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I ordered 9 plants from this company and was very impressed with how well they were packaged and everything arrived alive and well. My peach trees stated producing leaves the very next day and just under a week later my apple and plum trees are starting to bud out. So far everything is doing great. Highly recommend this company! I order a brandywine pink crabapple but what was deliver to me was a cherry plum. I'm disappointed that I wasn't given what I ordered. I won't be purchasing trees online again. I need to see them in person first. It was delivered well packaged though, I will give them that.

Tree showed up damaged, extremely parched and brittle. I immediately planted and have been trying to nurse back to health and am looking for any new growth or signs of life daily. If the tree manages to survive I will leave a better review, but for the time being I would not recommend TyTy to my friends or family.

2 out of 3 plants didn't make it. The crimson grape was dead on arrival and they told me to wait 3 weeks because it wasn't dead. Well it was dead so instead of getting an immediate replacement, now i have to wait till fall. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to look at pictures of dead plants and accept a claim. Not happy.

I expected my tree to be potted in dirt. I guess I should have read everything. I had a hard time taking the tape and plastic wrap off without damaging the barked then found all the jell surrounding a bare root. The tree looked good and it seems to be doing well after a week in the ground
