Great customer support

The only good service you will receive is when you call to place an order. But once they have your money, not so much. Let’s start with the shipping process. Packaged poorly. Two short boxes were somewhat taped together to ship a 7 foot fruit tree. There was no support where the boxes were taped together and the boxes were badly bent at more than 15 degrees at the seem. Not good for transporting a fragile tree. The bottom of the box where the root ball was had not been seal properly and the root ball was exposed. The entire tree was sliding back and forth in and out of the box. Probably not the best start for this replacement tree. I was also told that the guarantee would not apply to this purchase as it was a replacement. I reported the issue as soon as the tree arrived and was told that I would receive a follow up email to report the issue and provide a way for me to submit the photos. Never received the email.
I strongly suggest that if you want healthy trees with optimum chance to survive and thrive that you pay a bit more and get them from your local nursery. If this tree doesn’t survive, I will be out well over $200. for the trees plus the time to plant as well as money spent for soil and mulch. Avoid the headache and disappointment you get from buying from Ty Ty nursery.

Ordered 3 trees. 2 were ok. Toshiba cherry was badly wilted and 2 days later turned brown. Hopefully it will recover. Packing was very secure.

Terrible customer service. One of three trees received all brown with little root present and no buds. Surely not living.

I am not sure if the tree will survive because when I opened the box the leaves were dried out.

Loved the options and plants available. Just reciecved and planted my grapes and grasses. They arrived well hydrated and look very healthy.

when my raspberry bushes showed up they were dead and dried out. i wasnt made aware that they may come like this. i called and they said that they will bounce back after being planted. i planted them and we will see what happens.

I received only one plant and I ordered and paid for two plants. I can’t get them to answer my inquiries about this

Despite purchasing all of the tree planting extras, and following directions for tree planting and care, our tree has already died.

Peach tree looks good!
2 paw paw trees look very dead (grey dead wood) for the top 12 inches, which is frustrating when buying a treee that is more expensive by height. Hard to tell beyond that until they get settled in.

All five Honeycrisp apple trees looked healthy when I opened them up. I planted them immediately. Should know within another week how they are doing.

Poor quality

The plan arrived and is was moist, but DEAD. The shipping was as described, but the blackberry plants were completely dead. All the leaves are dried out and brittle.

The trees arrived well wrapped with moist roots. I was pleased with the size. The ultimate proof will be how well they do.
