My pineapple guava arrived well packaged and in the advertised time. I had it 2 days before I could plant it and was concerned it might dry out but the roots and soil were still damp after removing the great quantity of plastic wrap. Very pleased with the tree!

I am unable to obtain warranty for a plant that was shipped dead and never grew. This is because you only give credits to be used in the store. And, your minimum purchase is $40. Therefore, you require me to buy more plants to get the warranty put in place. This is completely unfair.

This is my first purchase from Ty Ty Nursery. I received the bing cherry with a few buds and leaves on the tree. Planted it and one week later it seems to be blooming.
The honey crisp apple tree is a different story. It came in looking dead with no leaves at all. Called their customer service and they stated that the tree is in dormancy. It may come out in several weeks up to a few months. Was told to put kelp fertilizer on the tree to help bring it out. Waiting to see what happens.

The plants arrived smelling rotten most of which had no foliage left. The plants that did have foliage seem to be wilting even given sufficient water. Over all I'm not impressed with the plants especially for the price.

Didn't get the order out fast enough, slow ship rate, the leaves all rotted and gone. Sloppy pruning has left large scars on trunks. Sizes vary wildly from 1-2ft to 3ft. There was gel all over trees, branches broken, no additional considerations given to packing dsspite warning on order. Disappointed.

I am hoping to get a replacement as the specimen sent had a root system that was in bad shape as it appears the tree did not have enough room to grow and the root ball was all twisted around in circles. TyTy did not respond as yet to my earlier email. I plan to call them to try to get a quicker response.

Everything i received was dying. I'm trying to revive them. Also, everything was infested with ants. Not happy so I called & was told there is a one year warranty. I live 90 minutes away, so I expected much better. I've had better experiences ordering plants from Amazon, Home Depot & Lowes.

We ordered and received three fruit trees: two pears and one bing cherry. They arrived well packed, safely tucked into their box and quicker than anticipated. All three were good sized and the bing cherry also had some starting growth on the whole trunk. But the bing cherry also had mold on a few of the roots, we scrubbed that off - and are hoping for the best.
