Catalpa in poor condition. Tyty rep said she’d send email with instructions for scratch test. Five days later no email. Awful experience. Poor quality product and terrible customer service.

Trees arrived quickly and roots were well wrapped. One tree had main root cut quite short; however, both trees have started to sprout leaves within a week of planting. Tops of trees were very dry and the top 1 foot of each 6 foot tree had to be removed. Good service overall, will use again.

Trees are the right size, though the biggest one's tallest branches looked dead -- so the actual size of "live tree" was probably 1 size down.
The not good:
Price dropped significantly while my order was still "being processed" over the weekend. When I contacted customer service for a price match, the response was a cold "no".

Despite our efforts and even getting the feeder packs, nothing that we purchased shows any signs of life. Very disheartening and disappointing. I should have read the descriptions better to be prepared for rooted stems, not saplings, but would have still expected them to at least be/remain alive.

My plum tree was shipped within 2 days of my order. The plant arrived the next evening. Although it was a bare root tree, the roots were securely wrapped. I planted it according to instructions. The tree had no leaves but the bark looked good. Within 2 days the leaf buds were showing green tips and now only 6 days later there are leaf buds sprouting along all the limbs. So far so good.

I like the plants that I received but in shipping the box was delayed by nearly a week and arrived fully ripped in half. That’s on UPS, not you all, but one of the trees arrived pretty haggard from the journey

Received the trees much quicker than anticipated for as far away as we are being in Michigan and they appeared to be in very good shape and the roots were still plenty damp so that there was no issue with them being in any danger due to being too dry. Very pleased with the items to this point.

I ordered two "1gal bearing sized" medlars, I received two medlars packaged bare root with crisp, dead leaves & fruit on them. I've planted 55 trees in two years, most dormant bare roots, a few potted, these are the first two I've ever got like this.
