Everything came looking dead

Both of the Persimmon Trees arrived dried up. We planted in the ground in hopes they would grow. Almost all of the leaves have fallen off. We want a refund or replacement.

I had purchased nut and fruit trees from hardware stores years ago without much success. Purchasing from Ty Ty Nursery just makes practical sense. All trees from them are doing well. Thanks.

bought a Pawpaw tree a couple of weeks ago. Shipping was fast and it came very well packaged. I was a bit sceptical at first, since it looked to be just a stick with roots, but I planted it right away and it's just now starting to take off. Will definitely purchase more from TyTy again! Thank you!

My pear tree arrived as a bald skinny long stick with roots which made me nervous at first. But as soon as I planted it in soil, almost immediately little leaves began to pop out of every place where branches had been. What a surprise! Overall, an easy, reliable, and seamless experience. Will be shopping from them again and again.

The service has been great, however, when the tree arrived the leaves on it were very dead and the roots smelled rotten! I couldn't get the smell of off my hands all day long even after hot water and soap several times.I ordered a Black Beauty Mulberry tree. I took pictures and I'm hoping for the best. I planted it exactly as the instructions said. We'll see if it lives or not.

Possibly you shipped me a dead tree it looks like it's coming out of dormancy,too early to know and you don't have a number to call to ask why

We bought three trees (1 apple and 2 pecan), all 2-3 feet tall. The apple has some green buds and a fair root system. One pecan tree has no green buds, and two dormant buds. The second pecan tree has no green buds, and 6 dormant buds. Neither pecan tree has a good root system, each having a few very short, thin roots. We planted them immediately. We are satisfied with the apple, but not sure if the pecan trees will survive.

My experience with TyTy nursery ordering 5 fruit trees was great. I had some issues with the with the web site when I went to check out, and customer service got it straightened out right away to get me the discount and free shipping. I was very excited to get the trees before it got too hot in Las Vegas, and they should’ve arrived by May 21st. Instead, UPS didn’t get the trees on the truck in time, and when they did, they had a “mechanical failure” that delayed them another 5 days. Even though TyTy does a great job of packaging, and the roots were still moist because they were wrapped in hydrogel, the leaves were dry and brittle, and crumbled at the touch. It was obvious the trees started out in good condition - strong and full of leaves. The extra five days in a hot truck with no light was brutal, and I’m afraid they’re dead or dying. Not TyTy nursery’s fault. The shipping company mishandled the package, even though it was clearly marked live plants were inside. We will still plant them, and hopefully the company will replace them if they can’t be saved, but that delay means the temps here have gone up over 100, now, and if they’d been delivered on time, it would’ve still been in the high 80’s and low 90’s. I still highly recommend the quality and service at Ty Ty, and I know this isn’t their fault!!

The pomegranate plant came well packaged. Wish that the planting instructions were better, ideally through an online video.

Actually pretty impressed with the quality of the plant and its shipping. It’s super unfortunate that they shipped the both of my plants wrapped up into one, however. I’m glad I fought it before any damage occurred although I’m going to have to wait until the plants take root or not to really tell.

I've ordered trees from several different nurseries and between the survival rate and price, it's the best place to buy trees.

I order three each Blue Bamboo and Black bamboo, a total of 6 plants. All but 1 was delivered in what I consider a nonviable condition. Completely dead black, and 4 with very few, if any livings leaves. Only 1 plant was labeled for identification, and the packaging was very damaged; this could have been FedEx.
I reached out to TyTy with photos about the order asking for 5 replacements or a refund. I was told “the root ball is what matters”, but there are no leaves to capture the sun for them to grow. I should “just plant them and see”. Not happy with these, mainly because I had 4 from last year with the same issue that didn’t make it into fall. However I did not act in time for the replacement warranty. That’s fine, that’s on me. But now I know is 3-4 months I’ll have to get these replaced and have to wait until spring to plant these again! Aggravated as heck.
