This was my first time ordering with TyTy Nursery. In my order a few of the trees were damaged. I sent pictures and explained how they were shipped to me in an email and with no questions asked they agreed to ship new trees. I was told to keep the original trees also. For this reason TyTy nursery is now my go to for plants I want in the near future.
In fact, I am planning on ordering a few items for fall planting.

I ordered three plants in April, and one had dried and dead leaves. I ordered three more, one as a replacement, and all three came with dried and yellowed leaves, despite me following directions and planting them right away. All have now died, one week later. I will not order from TyTy again.

Got the tree very fast at a good price.
It was actually about a foot taller then the order height.
It was a little crooked but that's not a problem.

I received a Rising Sun redbud. It was in fair condition, bare root. Inexplicably, it has been topped. I cannot think of a good reason for this. It went into the ground the same day I received it.

I ordered 2 plum trees and I received 2 twigs. There were no branches or even leaves on the so called tree. They both were dry and even after following the directions that were sent they dis not show any signs of improvement. Very disappointed!

Ordered a 2-3 foot tall sasafrass tree. Was shipped quickly. Gt a supple, healthy looking green stemmed plant. Planted it right away per instructions. However, as it is late May, I really had expected a plant with leaves on it. Hoping for the best.

Very disappointed with this purchase , top branches were totally trimmed , side branches damage during transportation… don’t think the tree will make it

Ty Ty Nursery has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently ordered a Nikita’s Gift persimmon tree, and what arrived was a botanical tragedy.
The tree showed up in a condition that would make Mother Nature weep. Seriously, it looked like a piece of firewood. Every leaf was dry, clinging on for dear life, and the branches—well, they were so dry I feared a stong wind could snap them in half.
When I unwrapped the trunk to find a bare root stem masquerading as the root ball, I was devastated. There was no soil, no root development-- just a bare stem with only one developing root surrounded by the company's "Transportation Gel."
This tree was meant to be a heartfelt gift for my grandma’s birthday. Instead, it was a botanical betrayal. We both stood there, staring at this pitiful excuse for a present.

Determined to salvage something from this disaster, I called Ty Ty Nursery. Their response? “Sorry, becuse you planted it, no refund and even if we were to issue a refund it would only be 85% because of a restocking fee!”
Even worse: they mentioned I would have to pay for the shipping label on the way back. I received this tree on a Friday night, and so I assumed they would want the tree back in the best condition possible; therefore, I planted it Friday night and called them Monday morning. But, according to them, for the refund to be allowed I should have just let it sit in the box. Interestingly, their return policy online has no mention of the “plant it, lose your ability to return” clause.

To add to this horrific experience, this twig I received from Ty Ty Nursery cost me $138.
I wish Google reviews had a zero-star option so this company could get the rating it deserves.

Plants arrived in great shape. Minor branch snapping, but otherwise intact. Shortly after transplanting new leaves have sprouted. I'm thrilled and plan to buy more plants from the nursery soon!

The trees arrived in terrible shape. Leaves dried or falling off. I'm not sure if they will survive.

I did not have a good experience with Ty Ty Nursery. I placed two orders with them. One order I paid twice for. One through PayPal and then again on my Mastercard because I was not sure the PayPal went through. Both payments did go through so I was charged twice for the same items and the nursery refused to refund one of the payments. Out of the three Drake Elms from one of orders, only one has grown leaves and the other two are basically tall dead sticks. No signs of life at all. So I paid double for three trees of which only one seems to be alive. Extremely disappointing.
