I purchased 12 Leyland Cypress trees and two arrived with broken central leaders. When I asked for replacement trees TyTy advised just to cut the broken top third of the tree off and plant them anyway! Apparently TyTy doesn’t stand by their guarantee or care about customer satisfaction.

The hype in the advertising was significantly higher than the product. The three trees I ordered looked lije they stretched to reach the height advertised.fir their height they are trrthvkt hin and two had too small root systems.

Yes arrived very quickly and we're super ready to leaf. I placed the tree in the sun while digging its hole. Within an hour, leaving up against the house, it had shot the leaves. It's going great in its very wet hole. I hope it dries the area out. The other tree sprouted about 15 leaves in about two days. So far so good.

Bought two blackberry bushes. Both of them came with diseased leaves that dead right out of the box . They started drying up immediately. I repotted them to a 5 gallon pots with good soil. So now every branch is devoid of leaves, on the branches themselves look like they're dead. I called them up they said I had a year. But if they don't grow back in a couple of months I want my money back.

Two Pawpaw trees were shipped to me as a gift from family. Customer service was a great help and very friendly. As of now, they are in the ground but still dormant so I can’t comment much on the quality of the trees but they didn’t quite fit in the shipping box and so the tips were bent slightly to get in there… unfortunately it caused a break and 9 inches was lost from the top of one sapling. Hopefully it rebounds and all will be well. Though dormant and branchless on arrival, there’s evidence of many leaflet nodes and the trees seem very healthy overall.

the plant I order arrived dead. so far Ty Ty has not responded to a request for remediation. All I get are emails with 30% or 40% off my next order. Until they correct this problem they will get a negative rating from me.
