Ordered two blueberry plants. Received them without being in pots, the blueberries were dried and there were several dead leaves. I planted in containers watered frequently as instructed and do not see much improvement. I am only hoping they live. Had I known they would ship without being in pots I wouldn't have purchased them. When you buy a plant that will be shipped without a pot the description should clearly state as such. I won't be using them in the future.

Very smooth process - beautiful plants arrived in good shape - the white red bud excellent condition - the red red bud was wilted - planted the morning after arrival and the leaves have dried out and are dropping off - but we think it will survive and thrive. Thank you and will order again.

Both trees arrived in so-so condition. One with some yellowing leaves, the other with a lot of dead/crisp leaves, and both trees had very heavy sway, requiring them to be staked after planting.
It's been less than a week since receiving them and planting them and both trees have worsened a bit (both the yellow leaves and dead leaves).
Hoping they perk up after being planted for a week or two, but it's not looking great at the moment.

Plants came wrapped up very nice, there was a gel like substance on all the roots to keep them moist. I ordered a Santa rose plum, lapins cherry, two blueberries, and a grape. The grape came with no foliage but I’m assuming that’s intentional. They’ve been in the ground 5 days now and they all still look great. I will buy again from them.

The banana trees arrived and looked horrible. The tops were broken out and all the leaves were broken several times. The box was a soggy mess and they were not secured in the box, which is likely how they were broken to begin with. I ended up throwing them away and buying two pretty banana trees from a local nursery. Very disappointing.

I ordered a Plum tree and even after paying $25.in postage , the box came damaged, but by then I had my hole dug so I planted it and was very disappointed how few roots there were for a 5'tree. It also had hardly any green on it...kind of looked like a dead tree...but I'm hoping that it will do fine since I planted it with my mothers ashes. She loved plums
