Not happy at all with the packaging and shipping - specifically the fact you wrapped and taped up the entire kiwi plants - they are basically dead and I can't believe you have been in business since 1978 - so disappointed. I sent an email to customer service and haven't heard back.

The tree arrived quickly.
My only concern is that some of the branches are frayed at the ends, as though not trimmed with a sharp tool. Also, one of the largest branches was frayed and almost severed close to the trunk.

The larger tree that I purchased was broken and actually smaller than the shorter trees I bought. I was happy with the cheaper and shorter trees, but the more expensive "big" tree was not worth the extra money.

I was skeptical of ordering live trees through the mail without the opportunity to see them in person first, but I took a chance and was disappointed. I spent over $300 for three 5-6' trees. Upon arrival, two trees were badly curved and one was short. I contacted TyTy for help and was told that my bent trees were perfectly healthy and just needed to be staked. One of these trees was bent about 30 degrees within the first 6" at the ground, something that no amount of staking will solve. My only solution would be to plant the tree on an angle and hope it straightens itself over several years. As for the short tree, TyTy refunded the price difference between sizes. This is frustrating! If I wanted to save $30 I would have ordered the shorter tree in the first place! Given the expense of the trees plus shipping I had hoped there would have been some type of quality control, but apparently this is not the case - three trees, each one with a deficiency. Lesson learned I suppose.

ordered 2 trees, 5-6 ft . Trees were that size when they arrived. Leaves were dry and brittle though. Gave a good watering and planted. Hope they live.

I got the plant one without any leaves, I think it is dying.

The plants I ordered were delivered in a box that was heavily damaged. The plants were dried out and have white webbing. I called the customer service immediately . Sent emails and pictures. I was told the issue was escalated . It has been a week I am still waiting for “upper management “ to call us back.

My first experience with Ty Ty has gone well. My order was promptly pulled, prepared and shipped and it took the shipper three days to deliver to me in Maryland. The packaging was very good and even though the box was broken, the plants were all in good shape. Within two days, everything was planted and most are doing excellent, with two plants looking a little shocked. I feel they will snap out of it with a little TLC, so I have zero complaints.
