Bamboo arrived healthy looking with a 6 foot cane. Got it in the ground within 2 hours after it got here. Now it's the waiting game till next spring looking forward to seeing how she grows!

I ordered 2 weeping willow trees but I received two bare root trees. It did not mention on the website that they are bare root with no branches and leaves. If i knew it’s bare root I would not have purchased them.

I love the special care they take in shipping the trees! They are also always healthy and strong with beautiful roots! Definitely my favorite nursery!

I'm pretty disappointed in 2 of the 3 trees that I received. I ordered "taller", more expensive trees thinking they would be more mature in growth but that wasn't the case. The Southern Red Oak 7-8ft came with no leaves or buds and after close to a month of being planted professionally still has no leaves or buds. The 5-6ft Red rocket crape myrtle had a few leaves on it but is not growing at all. The 5-6ft tall Eastern Red Bud appears to be growing so I'm happy about that tree. It was my first time to order from The Nursery at TyTy. I was hoping it would be a better experience.

Website was easy to navigate and prices were good. Wanted to add an additional item to my order and customer service was excellent and able to add to my order before shipping. Items arrive very quickly.

I ordered 4 bamboos. They all arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't believe the extent they went through to keep them moist. The root ball was wrapped in wet paper towels with their 'transplant mix' added. That was in a heavy plastic bag which was taped up and then wrapped with another layer of plastic wrap. The four were stacked inside a box with padding and the bamboo sticking out the top. Each was labeled and 4 feet tall. I couldn't be happier.

Shipping box design is fantastic. All arrived perfectly. Root system is abundant which will undoubtedly lead to great and quick growth. Leaves and stems were unharmed, marvelous!
All in all, one dynamite experience.
Good job!

Received a A dormant plant which is fine, but most of the branches were broken and dead. I'm hoping with a lot of TLC. It will make it through, but it's not looking good. After 3 weeks it has about 8 tiny little leaves barely clinging to the main trunk. I am hopeful that this tree will survive but not because of the care it received from the distributor.

Easy ordering through my Amazon account. Good plant with lots of branches and a good root system. Shipping was a bit pricey, but it was worth it to show up at my doorstep. Would definitely do business with you again!

Received KIwi in a timely fashion but it was in full shock and I do not know if it will survive. Call and was told there was a one year warranty. This is my first and probably last order from TyTy. Have never received plant in this condition from the other mail order companies I have dealt with. The pineapple lily bulb was fine.
