I have ordered plants online from plantaddict, heirloomroses and their plants arrived in pots with leaves and flowers intact! I have never seen plants arrive in such horrible conditions. My grape vines 3yr and Navaho blackberry 3yr old arrive with their roots wrap together In Plant gel soil. The black Navajo blackberry appears to have a fungus growth on it because the leaves are yellow and had brown spots throughout it.
The grapes were sticks with short roots, no leaves. I sent an email with pictures and photos and I was told that my plans were stressed. I called BS on this. I will definitely go online to every social platform and post my experiences with this company.

My shopping experience was great! Kayla was very knowledgeable about the trees available in my zone. I purchased 13 fruit bearing trees in total. I just hope they survive and will be prosperous! So far, so good...

Half my plants showed up dead because there were delivery issues for an additional week in transit.

I purchased an over $100 persimmons tree, when I opened the box, it made me sick. The tree is dead, all the branches are dead which can be easily broken. I called and tried to return, was told I have to pay shipping and stocking fees. Please do not buy anything from this company. Terrible!!!

The trees have been in the ground for 16 days and the leaves are turning brown and falling off not sure what is happening they arrived in good condition the leaves were a little curled and brown at the time of arrival. Gave them some organic material and food in the hole that was dug to around 3 feet deep.
