Delivery was great very fast. Plant in good condition. Anxious to see if it will live and produce fruit.

Typically my experience with your nursery is great but this last time I was disappointed.
I ordered 2 Issai Kiwi vines. On the website it said I was purchasing gallon size. I had expected them to come shipped in pots, they were shipped bareroot. They were very small (nothing like I would have imagined a gallon size plant would be, maybe 3 or 4 inches tall). On top of that, they were bundled with the much bigger trees I'd ordered. All these plants were all tied together. Since the kiwi were so small they were bound around the leaves. They were very damaged. I have planted them but all the leaves have already died.

Tha plants arrived in good condition. The packing was nicely done and the plants look healthy. I am planting them into the ground today. Would like to give an update in six months.

My trees came bare root with no buds and broken limbs. One tree had cob webs. Not very hopefull these trees will do anything.

Not happy with the minimum to purchase, and shipping was high, also slower than other companies. Probably wont order here again for those reasons.
I have no idea how the trees will do as I just planted them but Im hoping for the best since I spent so much on them

Tree shipped without soil at the root. Long shipping time tree dried out by the time its here. Not sure if it will survive. Recommend ship with soil at the root next time

We thought that the tree would have been slightly larger. It was to be a 3-4 foot tree. It measurer, 41 inches with roots and 33 inches without roots.

Bought 2 Jujube trees last year. One did not make it and was given store credit for new tree. I was very impressed with new tree and was packaged unbelievably well. Planted tree that day, looks great. Would use their services again.

Customer service was excellent. Delivery time was as expected. I bought three 7-8’ trees. It appears they were more like 5-6’ trees. The peppermint peach teee had leaves, but the tree appears to be in shock since I planted it. The river birch tree has a few leaves, they seem to be yellowing since I planted it. The locust tree has no leaves, it does have a few sprouts coming off the trunk. Overall, the quality is a little concerning. Thank you.

I've never bought any plants or much of anything online because I've heard stories about people receiving goods that weren't up to the standard they described. This will be the last time I use Ty, Ty Farms. The plants arrived smashed together in a box that looked like a 10 year old put together. I had a hard time unraveling the 4 plants I purchased. Lucky I'm a fisherman and used to untangling things. Since planting my small and pathetic looking plants; about 2 weeks ago, I haven't seen any of the plants shoot out any signs of life.

I ordered 2 trees. Both arrived very dry and looked dead. 1 tree only had 5-6 leaves on it. After 1 week being planted and watering daily they still look dead.
