So far, so good. Trees arrived in good condition. We planted by the instructions. I wish I knew when to expect to see life in the trees. The only disappointment was the mat which was just a plastic square like a heavy duty garbage bag.

The good… nice selection. Nice packaging of plants/trees. The bad… really really small trees/plants. It will be YEARS before my selections will produce any appreciable amount of fruit. Also, still waiting on multiple items to break dormancy… apple trees and raspberries. Not sure they are viable. I’s say it’s better to spend some money and shop local. Not thrilled with my purchase, so far.

I ordered the 5-6’ damson plum. It arrived well packed and was 6’ from tip of root to top of tree. This was my first bare root purchase so I was concerned at the little stump of root, and no signs of life. I planted and watered per the directions in mid-April (zone 7b) and buds began to swell about 2 weeks later. By mid-May the tree had vigorously and fully leafed out, and is doing well.

The birch trees I received only had a few leaves on them. I hope they survive. I will not be using your business again. Buying trees sight unseen I will probably not do again.

One of the plum trees is dead after planting. I waited until today as all 4 others are alive and budding with green leaves but one is still showing no signs of life.
