Over the years I had to work with a number of companies. I had the greatest experience working with TY TY they not only sent me a great product, they also stand by what they sell. The graphics view I planted did not grow, I called them and they said they would send me my order in the spring at no cost to me. I found them to be the best company I have ever worked with. Thank you for being so great.

Came to the door quick. Wasn't placed funny or anything. Box was easy to open. Everything I ordered was inside. I've tried a few companies in the past most notable the one that is called fast in the name. And I ordered peach trees from them and they ....well they didn't make it and I live in zone 7a...

Plants arrived in a box that was open at the end but major issue’ve is that foliage was wilted and yellowing. Four plants bound together in a haphazard tangle. I’ve planted them but they are still struggling. Hopefully they’ll recover but I won’t be buying from you again. Very disappointed.

Originally I saw many, many poor reviews about TyTy, but I’m always skeptical about online reviews, especially when competing businesses could be posting them. But I ordered 3 Royal Rainier Cherry trees and two nectarine trees that arrived in fantastic shape, the trees are well grafted, all showing signs of healthy growth one week after planting. Customer service answered phone calls quickly and answered any questions I’d had about initial care.

Plants not healthy looking. Grafts looked very unprofessional. Leaves on these trees did not look like others of the same plant that we already have. It has been a year since purchase, the only growth this year is from below the grafts. Contact with TyTy went nowhere.

purchased 2 eastern red bud trees. although the trees looked healthy, one was very puny and not many leaves on it or branches. the other was fuller and had more leaves. hoping the charlie brown tree will fill out over the summer. planted them the day they arrivef
