The 5-6ft Honey Crisp apple tree arrived well packaged and in great shape. The leaves hadn’t opened but just a few days after planting it, the leaves are all starting to open. Great tree at a great price!

The tree was healthy when it arrived, however, the top 9 inch portion was broken off in the box. It looks as if it will be fine in spite of the damage. Delivery was prompt after ordering.

The plum tree and grape vines arrived hardy, well-packaged and are thriving in their outdoor locations; the kiwi vine, however, arrived desiccated in the box and has withered beyond recovery after transplantation. Nevertheless, the failure hasn't completely soured me to the Ty Ty experience, and I do intend to shop here again in the future but any recommendation I give will just come with a "kiwi caveat."

On your website you advertise AMERICAN NATIVE BAMBOO. Your description goes on to say it will grow to 25 feet and is somewhat cold tolerant. There are only 3 AMERICAN NATIVE BAMBOO and this best describes (to me) Arundinaria gigantea. I ordered some and sent in a note asking if this is Arundinaria gigantea. Someone responded and said "no this is not Arundinaria gigantea" said you don't have that and would i like you to send me some other bamboo. So I ask "what did you send me? In the end we got it cleared up and I think I am getting a native plant. Please advise if that is not the case because I am planting next to the Mark Twain National Forest and I do not want to introduce a nonnative cane.

Order three pecan trees. One had upper limb broke with buds on it. Ordered 2 trees last year and pecan had trouble coming out in spring. Lost leaves early in fall. Hasn’t came out this spring but you will have some of that anywhere
