So far so good! They were just delivered Friday and I planted them immediately when I got home from work - but they looked good, the roots looked healthy-

Trees arrived on time, and as described. Customer service is top notch. The trees arrived dormant, and trimmed. They've been in the ground a week now, and have buds already. We couldn't be happier, and this is the only place we shop now. This is our third order from them, and it's A+++ all the way.

Received a dead tree, leaves already crispy and spied like it had some disease. Followed the planting instructions, but this thing is dead. Wasted money.

The trees I purchased were in great shape and swift shipment. Time will tell how they survive. Thank you for very fair prices.

Banana tree looked a little shabby upon arrival. Shipment was on time. I've been trying to call the company since the tree came, but nobody answers the phone, ever. After being on hold for 35 minutes today, all of a sudden, it gave me the open to leave a message. Let's see if anyone returns my call. The planting instructions were vague. There isn't any instructions for the transplant mix. I hope someone reaches out soon or else, I'm changing this rating to a " 0."

Bought 3 plum trees 3-4 tall. Was not impressed how they were shipped or the size. Wouldn’t buy again!

I contacted them well before my one-year "anniversary" of purchase to inform them that my plants never even came to life after shipping, let ALONE survived into the following season. They never returned contact, LET ALONE my money. The "money back guarantee" seems to be just a scam. #440593 -- feel free to return my cash any time, TyTy!

Bought an 8 foot persimmon tree. It came with 5 leaves and withered. Don’t know if they pruned it but it looked very unhealthy. We planted it hopefully it doesn’t die
