shipping was quick, the 2 trees and the punt bamboo were in excellent condition. The Mosa bamboo looks dead, dry brown leaves and the included shoots are yellow on the way to dry. I planted it right away hoping the rhizome is viable. I wouldn't have shipped it.
3 stars for the good plants I've gotten, 3 stars also because of shipping problems, receiving wrong, misidentified plants and plants already on their way out in the past. Consistently mediocre. Buy at own risk.

My two trees arrived, but do not look well at all. The cherry tree is substantial in height but it is covered in yellow leaves with brown holes. It has something really wrong with it. Very unhealthy. I also ordered a fig tree and it came as one long stick. No branches whatsoever. No leaves. Nothing. I have ordered many bare root trees for my orchard. I have never received anything like these. They are pitiful.

My three tress, two pecan and one apple, arrived on 5/30 The apple tree was starved for water, and its leave showed little sign of life. I watered it good , planted it in a large container in tree ddirt and some fertilizer. Tomorrow I'll drench it a bit with root stimolator as it has an abundance of squilggly roots. I think I can bring it back, and replant in the fall in its original destination
One of the pecan trees had no roots, the other had a few, but neither one showed any signs of Spring growth. One of then was butchered far above the root base. They had no leaves. I'll try to bring them back to life in separate containers.
Also, I did not get my full order. of tree fertilizer, tree mats, and transplant mix. Maybe they'll arrive separatelty but who knows

I did not receive my plant I spoke with someone who told me to take a picture of the plants that I did receive and I emailed them back to the email address that she told me to and I did not get a reply. I think that someone should have replied back to me or called me back because they have my phone number and my customer number and the order number so I give them a one star and I will let everybody know in the future do not buy from Thai Thai nursery

I ordered white mulberry’s and I received dwarf everbearing mulberry trees. I’ve spoken with Theresa and have sent pics for an audit, and nothing has been done yet. So my experience has been terrible, and I’ll never purchase another tree from Ty Ty Nursery again.
