Phone conversation was professional and easy ordering. I wasn’t very pleased with the delivery of the tree. I was expecting a fuller tree. It the main trunk was also cracked about 8 inches from the top. I would probably not have another tree delivered.

The trees came bare root and no foliage. Wasn’t the description I ordered. I thought they were in 1 gallon pots. I won’t order again from yall

My tree was in such bad shape upon delivery that it will likely die within a few more days. There were small leaves that had developed and completely dried up and began to drop off before I could even get the tree in the ground the day it was delivered.

My pecan trees came well packaged and protected. Good notification for shipping and the trees are in the ground waiting on warmer weather.

I had a tree show up that was crispy and appeared dry and crispy. I sent pictures of the tree (per their request) and have not heard back from customer service.

I've been ordering plants from Ty Ty Nursery since 2022. Their prices are unbeatable. Trees arrive quick and healthy. They offer alot of coupons as well Out of the 35 + trees/shrubs I've ordered over the years 4 did not make it. Their 1 year guarantee is the only thing that lowers their otherwise 5 star rating for me. I followed the directions to report the plants that did not leaf out/survive and just kept getting system generating emails even after sending the images of the dried up plants as directed.

Buyer beware!! TY does not honor their 1 year warranty of their plants. I purchased a pecan tree that did not survive and filed a claim per their online form and instructions but they never replied or did anything to resolve the issue. I also contacted direct via email and still no response.

My willow arrive pretty quick. Followed the instructions. Spent extra for the recommended food. Now I’m watching one branch slowly being consumed by a black color.
