Very easy, just planted this weekend
Now hoping for positive results

I am very happy with the replacement trees. Its seems like they will do well. The leaves will break out soon. Thank you so much. Very good service.

Don’t do it!

My grape vines arrived in a timely manner and were expertly packaged to maintain root moisture during shipment. It was very hot that week, and when I unwrapped the roots I was concerned that they had gotten too hot. I planted and watered them hoping for the best, and within days they started sprouting. I will definitely be ordering from Ty Ty Nursery again!

I ordered two asian pear tree. They came within a week. The korean giant Asain pear looks good. The reasons why I gave 3 star was due to the Hosui asian pear, which came with missing or no id tag, the trunk was grafted and bent more than 40 degree starting from the grafting point or joint. So my tree was not straight. It looks very bent. Ontop of this, there were some dark spots on the trunk, which made me very concern that it may be fire blight infection or other bacteria infection on the trunk. I just couldnt believe that the nursery would send me a tree that was grown very bent. If I could return it, I would, eventhough the tree is still alive. This experience, made me want to think twice about online orders in the future, because this was not the surprise i was expecting to receive, considering the price for the tree.

Disappointed with the way the trees and bushes were packaged. Everything was in one big bundle. For the amount of money we spent had really expected better merchandise. The magnolia was stated to be gallon size and it was nothing more than a stick. I was pretty unhappy with our purchase. Planted everything per instructions and hope they will grow. Made me wish I would have went to a local nursery.

Easy process purchasing from Ty Ty, and got a great deal! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is the lack of included instructions re: the trunk protector, hydration packet, and fertilizer packs. Trying to find them through the product list on the website was fruitless (get it??) so I had to do a Google search. Not a huge deal, but delayed the whole process by an hour or two.

Plant arrived dry in ooor condition. It’s since lost all its leaves

Here's the run down my one and only order. Moorpark Apricot with blackened shriveled tips that had cuts on each of 4 branches. Gala and Granny Smith were simply each a single branch with roots. Stella Cherry was a thick single branch cut off at top with roots with a white mark below a graft and a blue 4 inches above it. The Kieffer Pear has a black canker below another noted from a center branch cut off between 2 cut branches. The Redhaven peach has one thin straight branch next to a thick curved heavy one off to side with several brittle shriveled brown and a few green branche. The Belle of Georgia Peach has a longer curvy stem with green and brown speckled upper branches starting to shrivel at the tips. Finally the Kiwi came with dead leaves and brittle upper branches. Still may make it. All seem to have decent roots but show signs of disease to a few spots. Not sure what's going on. Just luck of the draw perhaps. I am disappointed at the quality in light of all the glowing reviews. Now I know. Patience and staying local is the way to go. Again, we shall see. It may just be a rough season. Great variety of items to choose from it would seem though.

the goji plants were dead. the kiwi tree was one foot tall. the grapes I ordered were supposed to be this production but were labeled 3 year production. $139 wasted.

East to order and product ships when it’s time to plant them

I ordered 3 bamboo plants, they arrived as specified and were packed with care. One plant is not growing well, I’m giving it some time and glad to have a 1 year guarantee. I will order from y’all again. Pricing/sale was exactly what I needed.

Great experience; healthy plants as described

The tree came quickly and in very good condition. I would have given it a five stars except for the fact that I paid for fertilizer and it was not included in the order.

well it is still living and green, plus we are finally getting rain !!

So I was impressed with the size of the tree and how quickly it was shipped, however when it arrived there was no soil around the roots. The roots where inside a bag which appeared to have ice on them and then shrieked wrapped. Now that the tree is in the ground, it appears that it may be dying. The leaves are drying out. Its watered daily and planted in good soil. I wish the roots would have been in a potted soil like every other tree I've bought.

Every thing worked great

Got 2 cherries, 2 pawpaws, and 2 grapes. Cherries have leafed out, as have 1 pawpaw and 1 grape. Will keep you posted on the other 2 plants.

Not what I expected, customer service was not very helpful, wont come back
