I purchased a Peppermint Peach Tree. It arrived on a Friday evening and was in the ground by 7 am. Saturday morning. It was wilted but not terrible. I gave it a good watering and continued to water for several consecutive mornings with a continuous drip for 15 minutes. It lost all its leaves and looks very sad. I have taken pictures of the tree and also called your nursery. I was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks before taking any other action which I will do. I will be back in touch with pictures.

Purchased 8 fruit/ nut trees, all came dormant. All trees arrived and were planted within 1 day, roots soaked. Have been watered consistently and only 2 are showing signs of waking up after 2 weeks.
Purchased from Fast Growers and Starks Bros all good and strong. Even the big box ones blue and orange stores are thriving.

Surprised it arrived bare root and not started for the year.

The item arrived dead no support. I emailed them. They still haven’t got back a hold of me apparently their warranty doesn’t mean nothing so I would never buy from you again.

Packing is okay
Delivery is good
Product quality: is poor, paid $155 for a 7' - 8' tree and surprisingly the tree came in just a stick with barely roots, no branches" really disappointed.

The process of shopping was very easy and simple, I did receive my two chinese elm trees in very good condition, very well packed with very easy and simple instructions, the shipping was fast. The quality of my trees were good, I have planted both per instructions, one of my trees has leaves already and looks beautiful, sadly the other one its still as I received, no leafs at all, hopefully is a matter of time and adaptation. But so far I am happy with my purchase.

I was happy about the discount we received but I’m worried that this tree will not survive. It’s only been a week and the several leaves have fallen off and the rest are dry.

Quick delivery, very healthy stock. It arrived dormant in some gel substance to keep it hydrated and is leafing out beautifully now. I'll definitely be back for more trees!

I was impressed with packing of the paw paw and persimmon seedling with them arriving in perfect condition. Looking forward to seeing how the trees progress.

The almond tree I received had all the leaves dried out I’m assuming it was bc of the transport ☹️
