I received trees with short cut taproots, frayed shoulder roots, and brittle snapped off ends. There was also a labeling error which I didn’t notice until the trees were in the ground.

So far so good! My order came extremely quickly which I loved. I do wish everything had more instructions since it was kinda confusing on what exactly I should do to plant my vines. Will order again

Plants look, for the most part, wonderful, and I love the 1 year guarantee!! I have all 5 in the ground & they all seem very happy, had ordered 5 trees, peaches & Asian pear nice thick trunks, bare root…mulberry thin trunk, but I understand its vigorous & already had 2 branches started!! The dwarf pomegranate was the leafiest of the bunch & is in major shock, almost all the leaves have fallen off..just hoping for new growth; any very happy with TyTy & I usually don’t leave reviews at all!!

Plants arrived quick and healthy. They were bare root trees, so that was a bit surpising. If it said that when I ordered then I missed it. I'd recommend buying from TyTy. I'll likely be back if I continue to expand my fruit orchard.

This company is absolutely horrible they sell sticks with no roots and insist they will survive. Then when the sticks don’t make they blame you for not properly watering them……they gave me a store credit and I purchased and received more sticks! They won’t give me a refund or credit because they’re blaming me. Certain plants can’t survive like that and they look like they have never seen the light of day and some have no evidence of ever having branches. They came with no dirt and had some weird gel on them. The roots were chopped off and were stubs. This is when I ordered the oldest “fruiting” trees. They have absolutely never fruited or had a leaf on them I don’t know how they grow these but it’s just wrong! If you must order their trees online just get young plants. Fast growing trees is amazing and doesn’t play these games and shipping is perfect and the trees are in dirt!

Ordered multiple different plants, received multiple different sticks with no leaves no buds and brown on the inside. Half my order was DOA and not revivable! Your probably better finding a different nursery unless your fine buying lottery tickets!

Not what I was expecting, all but four or five branches were cut off and no root ball? Very different for other nursery's which I ordered from in the past. As I said only four or five little branches remained I'm not very experienced so perhaps this is normal, but no recommend instructions were given for care or planting... Also I never before received roots frozen? tree is not looking good

The 18” paw paws were literally burned little twigs. I potted them up but we’ll see if they make if

We recently purchased 4 Southern Wax Myrtle’s from TY Ty. We followed the accompanying instructions explicitly and planted them the next day and watered as specified. Within 2-3 days, the leaves on all 4 plants turned brown. It has now been approximately 3 weeks and there is no indication of new growth.
