Delivery of plant seemed fine and on time. But the paw-paw tree seems not to have survived the trip. Maybe the bare-root thing didn't work. I thought I did a good job planting it, but after several weeks, no buds. It doesn't look like it will take.

The 2 trees I ordered came leafed out with roots cut off at 4 inches. Totally wilted and both died. Now I'm stuck having to pay shipping again. Menards sells 5 foot tall for $35. I paid $110 each for dead trees.

What a great shopping experience! I had some minor damage to my trees in shipping. I sent an email with photos and got a prompt response. My trees are growing well now and look GREAT!! I would definitely purchase from them again.

Impossible to change orders on website. Ordered wrong tree attempted to change Immediately but no option. Emailed change to customer service as it says to do on their website. They responded to email 4 days later after tree had shipped…oppps sorry we already shipped it you should have called? Glad you think the customer is responsible when you do not follow your own process.

Order #657808. The product was absolutely terrible. 2 of the 4 trees had some roots but the other two were pathetic cuttings that I assume were prepped with rooting compound. They had absolutely no roots/adventitious roots nor do there appear to be any root buds/eyes from which new growth would sprout. I will be following up about replacement options as I have zero confidence in them surviving.

The delivery of the tree was terrible. First of all, the tree was left upside down. Next when I opened it, it had many broken branches. What I received was 2 pencil thick trees. My 8ft tree was now 5 ft or less. Next, both of my trees were wrapped heavily in plastic wraps together. It was a nightmare trying to separate roots tangled together. Not to mention, just removing that plastic wrapping that had possibly an entire roll of tape on it.
I will not be buying any more trees from here.

This company only has the best quality trees. Their shipping was great and everything arrived secure and ready to plant. Each and every tree was pruned to perfection to maximize full growth will definitely order many more trees in the future, and I’ve already told my friends.

I cannot believe that you mailed me stick with roots that have no leafs. just roots and stalks with everything cut off after showing me pictures of bushes on your website. What a ripoff.
