Shipping was fast and well communicated. The plants were bare root which I was not prepared for. For bare root stock the plants were excessive in foliage and fruiting already so they arrived already several stressed out despite the quick shipping. I am trying hard to keep them going but fear I have already lost 50% of them.

I ordered a Chicago fig tree because my trees died due to the intense winter we had. Ordering was easy, it came quickly. We planted it the other day and it basically looks like a dead stick but I have faith that now that its feet are firmly planted it will flourish and become a fruitful tree!

I purchased two blueberry plants last year. One died right away while the other one hung on and is very pathetic this year. I received a replacement for the dead one this year, after I repaid the shipping again which, and it put the first two plants to shame! All plants were supposed to be the same size. I have now paid way to much for these plants.

The trees came a day late but I was informed by UPS. All the leaves fell off and looked so dried in the long carton box so I planted them right away on the same arrival day. Don’t know yet but keep fingers crossed that they will survive and grow back. Wish the trees came in a more healthy state and bigger though I don’t have much to say about their survivability yet until later on.

I ordered a chestnut tree from you. Shen it arrived all the leaves were shriveled up.
I suspect that this was frost injury. I planted it as directed. It has shown no sign of budding out or survival. I was told to be patient. Nothing. I believe I am due a replacement soon, so that it will get enough growth to make it through next winter.

I contacted customer service when I arrived because one of my plants was obviously dead (completely brown and shriveled - no green on scratch test). I was told to plant it anyway and follow up in July. None of the plants look good - and I’m guessing at least half won’t make it. Waiting till July to resolve the issue is ridiculous/ especially since i sent pictures of the obviously dead plant. I will not be ordering again.
