The tree root was bare and wrapped in plastic, which caused the tree to be wilted upon deliver. We immediately planted it, hopefully it will survive however it's appearance is still wilted. Also the tree arrived with rust spots

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the Ty Ty Nursery. Ordered a
Cleveland Select Pear Tree and paid and the extra money to receive
5 to 6 foot tree to a jump start an matching an existing tree in the opposite corner of
my yard. The tree I received was alive upon arrival but look more
like the “Charlie Brown Christmas” tree. Regardless I planted in the front yard, add root stimulator and watered daily to give it its best odds of survival. After 3 weeks I have a dead tree and absolutely wasted my money. I went to a nearby big chain store and
bought a 10 to 12 foot tree for less than I paid for my sad little dead tree. I’ll reach out for a refund but doubt I’ll hear back or be reimbursed.

I am new to grape vines so when mine arrived they looked like dead sticks to me. Once I got them out of their plastic overwrap however, I found that their roots had been wrapped with moisture retaining little gel balls of some kind and were and were still quite limber. So I planted them and followed the recommended process of daily watering. After 3 weeks one plant had still not put out new leaves so I gave it another week and now it's putting out new leaves too. Buying a 3 year old plant had me thinking I'd get taller plants with buds as opposed to a 9 inch trimmed back stalk but like I say, I'm new to this and I guess that's just how transplants come. Guess I'll be waiting a couple of years before my plants rise to the trellis and start bearing but that's OK. They're alive and doing well.

They don’t have a zero star rating they should. If you enjoyed having dead plants sent to you then having to wait a year to get reimbursed. Only to get credit at their site and then order some more dead plant sent to you then this is the online nursery for you. It’s pretty hard to kill grapes and berries, but they’re especially good at it. if you try to get a tree reimbursed, they make you scrape the bark at the bottom. Of course the root stock is still alive, but the rest of the tree is dead. I’m not even gonna try and get my money back this time cause it’s a waste of another year. They won I lost.

I received a diseased plant when I reached to the Columbia email I never received a response. Followed up with a call and the representative was supposed to email me so that I could reply back with pictures that NEVER happened. This business is very unprofessional and doesn’t honor their guarantee. Never again, tried to support a local business and this is what I get!!

I am glad they offer the one year survival policy. The three 6-7 ft trees arrived with minimal to no leaves and very small roots. They will look scraggly for a few growing seasons if they survive. Recommend going with local nursery for already established plants. Shipping was very fast.

I'm dubious about my orders…the crab apple trees I ordered arrived with wilted leaves and still look wilted after planting—which I did the day after they arrived. The honey locust trees and bald cypress trees seem dry and lifeless, but hopefully they’ll start showing signs of life now that they’re in the ground. I reserve judgement for a while and am a bit reluctant to order more, despite the blowout sale prices.

Not very good at this point. I ordered two trees, one is doing good and one never got any leaves or buds on it. I notified TyTy about it via email and by phone call. Was told I would get an email telling me how to start the process to get the tree replaced, but have never received this email

At almost $55 each for two 3-gallon beauty berry plants, I had much higher expectations. Packing was terrible, with the plants appearing to have been pulled up out of the ground and plastic wrapped with no dirt whatsoever. The tops were broken out of both plants and one was completely wilted, which is still not looking like it will survive after having been potted for a week.
I ordered another plant on the same day from a competitor and received a 1-gallon plant that was 3 times bigger, packed 100 times better, healthy, not broken and arrived IN A POT with soil.

This is a horrible company. I have purchased from them twice but I never will again. I ordered a tree, bearing size, and when it arrives the trunk was broken. That was obviously a shipping problem but TyTy would not honor it. I sent pictures but they were not enough (a tree broken in two was not enough); they asked for pictures of the box so I got it out of the trash can and sent pictures of the broken box days ago and no one has responded.
Buyer beware if you share an email with them…. They constantly spam you with discount codes every day or two. If you want to be pestered to buy a tree every day or two, then I can recommend TyTy but only if you aren’t capable of deciding when you want to buy an Oak Tree and you need a company to decide that for you.
I gave 2 stars because I trust them more than Temu.

I bought from TyTy because it looked like they were a good business and trees came with warranty, but when a tree died it is a huge headache. They then apply all kinds of rules to replace your tree and the last time I tried to replace one under “warranty” it cost me $60 for a $70 tree. Great “warranty”, not, and I’m done buying from TyTy.
