Two out of seven dwarf sour cherry saplings arrived dead. I immediately wrote to customer service for help and sent pictures to get them exchanged. They replied that they don't issue exchanges until June (six weeks after I first ordered) but at that point the planting season is over and they may be sold out of the item I need replaced. Why do I have to wait so long for a simple exchange when I spent about $45/sapling ($90 total for the two dead ones). It's a lot of money to spend without any guarantee that I'll receive what I actually need from my first order. They only offer a credit but do not guarantee replacement of the specific item I ordered. Unacceptable policy. I wouldn't recommend this company.

This bare little tree was shipped quickly and was planted within hours of its arrival. Less than a week later after its long journey in the hot weather, it is sprouting leaves already. I am very happy with my purchase and the great service. Will buy again from this seller in the future if needed.

I really appreciated how much information there was for each product prior to purchasing. I felt confident in knowing if they were self pollinating or not, how far to space them out, how much direct light they should get and if they would actually do well in my zone. I also forgot to add one tree to my order and didn’t notice it until after the weekend. I was able to call them and get the tree added to the order with absolutely no hassle before it had shipped.

the blueberry plants I ordered were broken and looked half dead. a few days later they are dead and leaves turning red. the other berries in the order I can tell if they are alive either.

Most the plants came in good condition and seem to be doing well. The mulberry tree and the kiwi came with dry curled leaves that are not recovering. The roots for the mulberry seemed to be in good condition at least so I do expect it to recover. However, there was a tag around the main stem and embedded within the root ball - it took some work to remove it and I'm a little concerned about the carelessness from the nursery in leaving it there.

This was my first time ordering from this nursery. Customer service was excellent, shipping (although pricey) occurred within a decent amount of time, and the trees were all packaged well and arrived very much alive. Once I received notice that they had shipped, they arrived within 24 hours. Even though they were bare root trees, all but one actually started growing leaves within just one day of planting! The olive trees already had leaves and also seem happy. I am very pleased overall with this company and would order again from them.
