Wrote one review already - not sure what this one is for, but... Delivery was earlier than expected. That was good. Everything else left a lot to be desired - I ordered 2 plants - didn't expect them to be tied together to the point I had to pull everything apart to see there was two. One plan was fine, the other was not - less than a 1/3 of the size and a pale color. Will let you know if I can save it - I tried your customer service line - the woman that answered was more intent on giving me another number to call than to try to answer any questions. Nearly $90 for 2 plants and delivery - will never buy from these people again. And please stop sending me emails.

Really not impressed with my purchase. I read all good things going into it and thought it would be great. The shipment came and the box was broke all the way around, the trees aren't in very good shape. HOWEVER the trunk and roots seemed to be in decent shape so I planted them anyway. I wish I'd had a better experience as there is a lot I was hoping to do with my yard. Lesson learned.

I ordered 5 trees. 4 of the 5 were delivered as described. The 5th tree, a Japanese magnolia, was very disappointing to say the least. It looked like a stick with a few roots.

Unfortunately it does not appear that the plum tree is going to make it, but every other tree has sprouted!
I also wasn't able to apply my gift card balance - it did not update automatically as the website indicated.
Perhaps I could get sent a new plum tree and apply the balance towards shipping?

I would give you a Zero if I could. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a "3 to 4 ft tree" - that is what the description said. It was a bit more expensive than other companies - but it was described as a 3 to 4 ft tree. What arrived was a tree branch that they had grown roots from. That is way different than a rooted 3 to 4 ft tree. In addition - the stick that they send me has no branches, no limbs, no buds - its just a thin stick with a few small roots at the bottom that will most probably never survive. Shame on you guys for your false and misleading advertising.
