Shipping was fast, but there was no dirt around the roots of the plants. They were all bundled together & packed with a gel that went everywhere & was impossible to remove from around bare roots. I realize that the plants arrived dormant but after over a week of being planted, there's only signs of life/growth on the blackberry bushes and the lower half of 1 of the peach trees. This same peach tree arrived with broken branches. The grape vines and kiwi that I purchased still look very dry and dead, no signs of life. I will edit my review if the trees & plants come out of it and grow/fruit. Time will tell. I've never received plants & trees in this state before.

Ordering online from Ty Ty Plant Nursery, LLC was a very pleasant experience. The lady helping me was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions in great detail. The shipment of Red Rocket crape myrtles arrived sooner than were scheduled and in very nice condition. We planted them the next day and gave them plenty of water. They had a substantial root system and have hardly shed any leaves. I don't expect them to bloom this season, but, they should be beautiful in the coming years. Thanks so much to Ty Ty.

Ordering was easy, delivery was on time. The Crepe Myrtle tree was packed very well with no damage. It was delivered late in the evening and I planted it the next morning. I was waiting to leave a review until I saw some life and after only a few weeks it is!!! Can hardly wait to see it in full bloom, hopefully this summer.

After some hesitancy about buying a tree via the mail, I called TyTy and they assured me that they stood behind their products. When the tree I purchased arrived and appeared dead, I called them, but they said you had to wait for two months prior to initiating a refund. I was very disappointed.

I ordered 4 trees. They came with the main tap root cut mostly off and few fine roots. Further two of the trees were badly packaged and broken at the top so they had be be cut down even further. I am not sure whether any of these will grow, but they have been given all possible advantages in the planting process. I hope they survive.
