I'm very much an idiot when it comes to plants, and so even though I knew what I WANTED to do, I didn't know how feasible it was. I reached out to them for assistance, and had a wonderful ongoing discussion with Marlene; she helped me greatly and made me feel confident that I could do this, which was super-nice. The purchase process was simple, and the items (several trees) received shortly after my order. Assuming that my trees live (which is all on me, not them), I plan to be shopping with them, again. (Strike that -- either way, I plan to be shopping with them, again!)

I liked everything I ordered. They look good. Everything looked good and, was healthy. All of the plants (trees) had moisture control pellets around all of them. I wud of much rather them have dirt and, packed with dirt around them. Besides that everything thing was good healthy and, alright.

I placed a comparable tree order at another online nursery at the same time and got large leafy trees. Here i got what i hope are dormant sticks and am quite skeptical. Will buy elsewhere next time. Also, knock it off with the aggressive spam. I have unsubscribed every day for weeks and it keeps a-coming. All in all, I am not that happy.

Plant immediately died after being put in soil, water and sunlight. I even used the fish stuff. Called and they basically said "tough" it was alive when we shipped it so therfore it is your fault. What kind of a business is this anyway? Not cool.

Received dead plant/shock.. brown dried leaves, limp branch. Not sure if it will survive. Warranty department; 2 stars. Good communication(email), but having instructions for more work-to dig up plant, putting in dark box, & waiting for it to die or survive.. long drawn out case.. not very good customer service. I’ve received much better healthier plants from other vendors.. I just wanted to try TY TY. I quickly realized that this company is not working out for me.

The plants are delivered after 2 days of initial scheduled date. I promptly opened the package to check if everything is okay. My order had multiple plants and few of them were not in good condition. Basically they look dried. I opened the plastic wrap covering the roots, there no soil or anything to keep them moist except a little bit of gel like substance. I have planted them immediately. Lets see if they will survive.
