All of the trees looked great except one hickory tree. It only had a few small roots on it. Hoping it will grow. I will definitely order other plants from you. Next goal is grape vines!

Prices were reasonable and shipping was quick enough, but unfortunately the packaging was not the best and the top twelve inches of the main stem of my grafted Paw Paw was broken off leaving a six inch trunk with a three inch side branch.

Disappointed, feel a bit ripped off. Spent a decent amount of money for me, and more than half the order is likely not going to make it. The insurance may cover we will see....judging by the state the plants and or trees that were shipped I doubt it. Literal sticks. The discount burnt up stuff at home depot looked to be in better shape and has already bounced back where as the tyty twigs look like twigs in the dirt. They were literally sticks shipped with a few pieces of root attached. I understand dormancy but if they are that* dormant why ship or sell it? I understood I was buying live plants not dead ones. The olive trees are alive. But that's it. Something like 9 pomegranate trees "dormant" 7 blackberries 2 raspberries, 2 persimmon, 2 chestnut, all are very** "dormant" . I'm pretty upset this was not a cheap order and most of it looks like I wasted my time even planting them.

The Japanese Magnolia tree was a gift to my grandmother and she loved it!

I'm not sure that tyty had any blame in a few of my plants not living. I think it was more the weather mans fault. However, tyty replaced my grape vines and what showed up was fanamenal ! The roots were fantastic, the stems firm and the packing was top notch !
These guys are the absolute best at what they do. Nice work and THANKS for the professionalism !

TyTy's telephone liaison was fine, the tree arrived in a timely fashion and was very well packaged. I never purchased a bare root tree before, so maybe my expectations were too high, but for $80+ I received a very thin, branchless, 5' stick, with minimal roots. Also I was told there would be instructions with the tree. There were, but I only found them by accident when I removed the packing slip on the box outside, which normally I never look at. They should be inside of the box.

Good sales service but shippers too often damage the tree roots.

I am very disappointed because I spent more than 200 USD to buy 4 dry and lifeless firewood trees.

Our client is very unhappy with the condition of this tree. It did not arrive looking very well and has since been planted and not looking any better. We have applied root stimulator and great soil/compost but it just isn't looking good at all. Hoping to get a replacement or a refund.

Recieved my 2 Paw paw trees faster than expected, were not damaged from what I can tell, hope to see some growth to make sure they are alive!

My trees arrived on time and in good condition. They were bare root which I didn't really expect but that was fine and from what I understand the plants are healthier if they ship that way. I will definitely buy from them again

They worked with me to set a delivery date so as not to plant too early
