The three trees I ordered came in great shape. We planted immediately and are doing well. I also ordered a kiwi bush, and it was wrapped at the roots Of the trees. I also planted it immediately in a pot however it is not doing so well I am hoping that it will.

2 of 3 look great out of the box, the native bamboo did not but I'm hoping it will bounce back. The leaves were spotted and curles but there were a couple of green leaves on one of the shoots and a couple of decent looking stems. The size of the plants shipped were great and the method of pacaging and shipping the rootball was thorough and saved a good amount of the dirt. I am happy with the products and if the Native bamboo doesn't end up working I'm not worried about Ty Ty leaving me high and dry.

I purchased 3 black bamboo trees and only one came in looking alive the way I expected. One came in half dead and about lease than 12 inches high. The third came in looking almost all the way dead and stem broke I. Half. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Shipment is the worst. Both the plants arrived damaged, most of the pruned branches were broken, and the package was damaged.
Customer Support does not have time to discuss this. I would prefer to go back to Stackbro online nursery.

I had ordered just 5 trees in beginning of April, two of them looked completely dry and looked like they are dead, it's early spring and no leaves on trees, but you can tell if the trees are alive and they are expensive for what you got!!!! You can find those trees in the other place live and better.
The return policy says that you can return them in LIVE CONDITION, BUT HOW CAN YOU RETURN THEM IF THEY ARE COMPLETELY DEAD?????
I contacted costumer service 2 days after I got my plants and they said that they will call me back to discuss the situation, and they never called me back, it's already 2 weeks!!!
Anyway, I planned trees and hoping they would get better, but 👎 now, no any live in those trees and branches just crumble like a dead trees.
So my $70- 80 down to the toilet!
Never ordered, because you don't see what is coming!!!!

Both of our plants came with tips broke off. I took pictures and send off to tyty but have not heard back. My Sherwood plant is very curvy so I try to use stakes to help it from flopping around due to wind. Will see what happens.
