Purchased what I thought were plants, but they turned out to be bare roots. I planted the twigs and roots exactly as described on the paper that was included in the box. It has been about 6 weeks and I still have nothing but 2 sticks in pots. I just went to Home Depot and they have the same raspberry plant that is in full bloom for $5 cheaper AND it is actually alive. This purchase was a huge disappointment and waste of valuable time.

The plants arrived in a timely fashion and were packaged perfectly. Not one of the plants was damaged and some still had immature fruit on them. The cost was very reasonable and we will be making more purchases from TyTy Nursery in the future.

zero. my 3 yr banana plant arrived damaged, all leaves were broken. The point of buying an older tree is so you don't have to wait. I contacted that night, and am told wait until June to see if it comes back, if not I can fill out a claim. You policy states if something is wrong with the shipment received, you have 3 days to let us know so we can rectify. Yet, you are refusing to rectify.
