A review of the delivery problem was submitted on a different form. The plants seemed fine, have been installed correctly but are not leafed out yet. My dissatisfaction is with the poor communication from UPS about not being able to deliver. I provided my correct delivery info, but they failed to use it. Live plants should NEVER be stuck back in a warehouse. Had I not pursued the delivery issue and gone to the distant UPS hub to pick up the package, the plants could have dehydrated and died.

We lived in Tifton for many years and are very familiar with your excellent reputation. I wanted a particular double bloom cherry tree and knew you would be able to help me out, plus I also ordered 4 blueberry bushes. All arrived on Friday, March 29th late in the evening and have been planted by our yard service man. They were planted on Easter Sunday morning and os far seem to be alive but they arrived with absolutely no dirt on the roots and completely dry, even though their was plastic wrap around them. This may be your normal procedure but I was quite surprised that they were not better moisturized.

Shipment notice came on Thursday afternoon around 5:30 while we were out of town at a funeral. We got up early the next morning and drove back to our home (from Macon, Georgia to Rome, Georgia) and arrived before the estimated arrival time of 12:45 - 2:45 on that Friday. Then we got a note that they would not be there until 5:00 or after. It was a little confusing to say the least.

I am keeping my plants properly watered and know you will stand behind them from past experience but was a little disappointed in the fact that they were not shipped with a little more care for the moisture of the roots.
