Had a great experience received the bushes in a timely manner and they were very well taken care of for shipping. This nursery took steps to insure no breakage or damage in shipping.

The worst experience ever! I ordered my trees on December 12, 2023 and called multiple times, and when I was told until recently they didn’t even have the trees, that I was been told untruth. It’s really sad that a company founded in 1978, but provide such disappointing services.

The trees I ordered were well packaged and arrived promptly in excellent condition. They had a substantial root system that was well protected and kept moist in shipping. Based on this experience, I have recommended TyTy to friends and will order more trees in the future.

Plants arrived in good condition and within a few days of my order. They were packed well and looked to be in good condition. They have been planted and now I wait to see how they do this spring.

I just received an email asking me to review my recent purchase. This would be the second review I've left for it, my first one never made it to the website so here it is again.
You call this a tree. I ordered a 3-4' dwarf north star cherry tree, not to be picky but I received a 30" tall pencil thin stick. The roots were half strangled with green plastic. The tree wasn't listed as grafted but it looks like it was, which would be fine but where they chopped off the large leader of the root stock it looks like it's already breaking down and rotting. Apparently according to their customer support it's normal to send out half dead twigs. I would expect when most people buy trees they expect at least one branch even if it's a young tree looks to be not even a year old. And it looks like the top of my twig was snapped or cut off so now I'm stuck with a 2 1/2 foot tall lead "branch". Calling and emailing customer service was a waste of time you'll just get the run around. Posting on their page was pointless they block any reviews that's not 4 star and higher. Their warranty is trash, they will give you a credit for the initial tree so you can buy a new one from them only. But they won't warranty the second tree and your out of luck on the shipping and tax, you'll have to foot that bill yourself. This company is a waste of time and money, buyer beware.
